The opening ceremony on July 17 is set to kick-off at Bao Ninh Sea Square with an art performance, titled “Quảng Bình-vương quốc hang động” (Quang Binh-Kingdom of the caves) and an accompanying fireworks show.
Fairs on food and handicraft products will be planned in Son Trach commune, Bo Trach district on July 15-19, and in Bao Ninh commune, Dong Hoi City on July 15-21.
Additionally, an art performance is scheduled to take place in Phong Nha Tourism Centre on July 15-19.
In particular, on July 15-21, Quang Binh is to host a week on exploring caves, including starting new and promotional tours and Famtrip programmes.
The event aims to elevate and promote the culture, tourism, and unique value of Quang Binh’s cave system in hopes of attracting more tourism to the province to boost socio-economic development.
