The service’s firstplane, coded CZ604, landed at the local Cam Ranh international airportwith 140 Chinese passengers on board.
The direct route will have three return flights per week using Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
According to Luyen Manh Cuong, Director of the Khanh Hoa TourismPromotion Information Centre, the Chinese airline intents to runthe Guangzhou – Nha Trang route daily from mid July.
Statistics from the Khanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports andTourism showed that in the first four months of this year alone, morethan 29,000 Chinese tourists visited the province, an annual increase of69 percent.
