The 2015 Hanoi traditional village tourism and cultural festival, thethird of its kind, will take place on October 1-4, featuring 300 boothsby domestic and foreign exhibitors.
The festivalspace will be divided into nine sections, one of which will displaycraft items and host demonstrations by craftsmen, according to themunicipal Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
International exhibitors, coming from cities and capitals within theASEAN and the Council for Promoting Tourism in Asia cooperationframework, will take over 20 booths.
The culinarysection will showcase cuisines of Hanoi and participating countrieswhile the tourism section will introduce craft village tours, flightservices and tourism promotion campaigns at home and abroad.
During the event, Hanoi will also stage performances of traditional, martial and street magic arts.
Outstanding craft villages are also expected to be honoured.
