Dried squid costs VND40,000 to VND150,000 apiece while the price ofshrimp ranges from VND200,000 to VND800,000 per kg. The market is opendaily from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. and its dried seafood sales volume can reachsix tons.
It supplies such seafood for HCMC and neighboring provinces. The products come from the Mekong Delta provinces of Ca Mau, Kien Giang, Ben Tre and Vinh Long.
