The longest path through the melaleuca forest of Vietnam

With an area of 135 hectares and the 500ha buffer zone, Tan Lap floating village is invested to become the main tourist site of Long An and the Plain of Reeds.  Visitors can choose a rowboat or a motorboat to go deep into the mangrove forest, then go ashore to walk on the concrete road to explore the cajeput forest. In the morning or afternoon, they will see thousands of white storks flying out to seek food or return to their home after a hard day. From the observation tower, one will see the concrete road running straight into the mangrove forest. Since this is a year-round submerged mangrove forest, the road must be built by concrete. It’s not always straight but curved under forests, or to avoid the deep waters.   In the dry season, the leaves of melaleuca trees fell on the concrete path.   There are branches on the road but without guides, visitors should not turn on these branches to not get lost. You can also buy some souvenirs, especially pure honey of cajeput forests.
